Cornerstone Construction was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. They stripped, re-sheeted and re-shingled our roof. Mike was open to discussing creative ideas for insulating our very old and difficult roof and in the end the plan he went with made a massive difference in the house temperature. Every person we met on his crew was friendly and extremely hardworking. The crew were very kind to our children, they were always smiling, willing to answer questions and explain things, and I never heard them complain even after 13.5 hours on a crazy steep roof in 30 degree weather! I was constantly impressed with how hard they worked and their amazing attitudes about a tough job. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and our experience with Cornerstone, they were truly amazing from start to finish. Thank you!

Cornerstone put a 12x14 addition on our mobile home and redid our roof. Mike was easy to communicate with, the work is high quality, finished in a timely manner, and right on budget. Every member of the crew was polite and professional. Would absolutely recommend.

Cornerstone did an absolutely incredible job finishing our basement! They did all of the framing, new windows, sub floors and all the finishing. They dealt with all sub contractors to make things as efficient as possible. We wanted a main bedroom with ensuite and laundry downstairs and the team maximized the space and gave us everything we wanted. Mike was super responsive and collaborative. He kept us in the loop about everything and always had great design ideas. His initial quote was in the ballpark and he kept us updated on any changes but there were no suprises when it came to budget. Andy and the crew paid great attention to detail, they were meticulous and thoughtful. Everyone was friendly and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. The finishes, tile work and layout look spectacular! We have been in the space for a few months and couldn't be happier. This was a tough space because of age and having sat vacant for a few years but Mike and his team built it onto a space that we absolutely love. If you are looking for great quality, efficiency and value then I highly recommend Cornerstone Construction.They will be my go to in the future for any project.

Mike and his staff supplied and installed metal roof and new gutters to our house and garage. Mike provided a written estimate prior to the job and helped us choose the best colour. They started and finished the job as planned and at the estimated price. Very professional workmanship. We would definitely recommend them.

On time, On budget and amazing crew. Quality of work was appreciated. These guys went above and beyond- for SURE! I felt like Andy took such care in his finishing touches, it was almost like a piece of art and he wanted every detail to be perfect before he finished! The entire crew was amazing. (at One point I think there was 5 guys here). They were on time to work, and cleaned up the yard and work space every day. They worked full days (no standing around EVER) regardless of weather and always cheerful, polite and courteous ( I work from home full time any they were very conscientious of that). They made suggestions, easy to work with and flexible to changes. I could go on, but to sum it up I would highly recommend this company. Mike's quote was bang on budget and time line. Cornerstone did a complete update from vinyl siding to Hardie board and trim with some exterior upgrades. It has completely changed the look of our home and I could not be happier!

We had Mike and his crew out to build a garage for us. They did excellent work -- very pleased with job and finished product . Super attention to detail and also referral to contractors for electric and heating . Will definitely keep in mind for any future work.

I have to say the crew was very professional, easy to work with and willing to adjust and change with different ideas or suggestions. They were always on time and fast to work. The crew always worked and never stood around. They would help each other when finished with their work.I found them to be experienced with all areas of the jobs. Thank you all for work and ideas. We had Mike and 3 hard workers do two big projects at our place. A porch add-on and a wrap-around deck. The projects turned out better than expected and we will definitely be contacting him in any future projects!
